Na publicação anterior sobre este concurso / exposição, apresentei João Taborda, conceituado pneumologista, que revelou desde muito cedo uma grande paixão e um talento especial para a Arte Fotográfica, nascido em Lisboa a 19 de julho de 1950 e que faleceu em 24 de Janeiro de 2020 (link abaixo).

Homenageando a sua memória, Fátima Caeiro Taborda, a sua viúva, promoveu o Salão Internacional de Fotografia: o “João Taborda Memorial Salon”, que aqui divulgámos, na agenda de eventos.

O júri foi composto por Barbara Schmidt, alemã, Buket Ozatay do Chipre e pela portuguesa Ana Filipa Scarpa, que atribuiu os vários prémios nas 5 candidaturas a concurso: Fotografia a Cor, Fotografia a Preto e Branco, Cidade, Natureza e Viagem.

Foram atribuídas a cada categoria: uma Medalha de Ouro PSA, uma Medalha de Prata PSA, uma Medalha de Bronze PSA, três Menções Honrosas PSA; uma Medalha de Ouro IAAP, uma Medalha de Prata IAAP, uma Medalha de Bronze IAAP, uma Menções Honrosas IAAP; uma Medalha de Ouro João Taborda Memorial, uma Medalha de Prata João Taborda Memorial, uma Medalha de Bronze João Taborda Memorial, três Menções Honrosas João Taborda Memorial; uma Medalha de Ouro ISF e 4 Menções Honrosas ISF, 3 “Honorable Jury Choice Mention” e, pelo conjunto, 1 Medalha de Ouro GPU e 2 Menções Honrosas GPU.
